Premise of Information Gathering Practices

LCI collects information at LCI sites (LendingCycle.com, LendingCycle.net, etc.) primarily to enhance the needs of its users and customers. These entities desire activities such as:

Additionally, LCI never discloses any non-aggregate information to any commercial third party unless agreed to through a special request, a special Opt-It statement (located on the actual information entry form specifying the identity of the third party and intent of use), a special agreement, and other such circumstances. All of the information collected at the LCI sites is stored in databases exclusively controlled by LCI. Complete and meaningful access to this data is restricted within LCI to a small set of executives.

INFORMATION SUBMITTED WHILE USING LCI SERVICES IS THE PROPERTY OF THE CUSTOMER DEFINED UNDER THE SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS (Order) THAT GRANTED ACCESS TO LCI SERVICES.  CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF THAT INFORMATION AND ACTIONS OF THEIR USERS, INCLUDING ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONCERNS.  LCI NEVER DISCLOSES ANY INFORMATION GENERATED BY CUSTOMERS’ USERS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR OTHER PARTIES WITHOUT SPECIFIC OR IMPLIED PERMISSION FROM THE ORGANIZATION FROM WHICH THE UNIQUE USER RESIDES OR INSTRUCTED TO BY GOVERNMENT OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES. User Responsibility

If a user does not want to share information with LCI, it is strongly recommended that they not participate in any activity that requires them access LendingCycle Services or the LendingCycle Application.  LCI may delete or exclude information in its databases upon specific requests from customers, but will not proactively screen for users that violate online laws. The majority of the LCI site is meant to be used without the disclosure of any personally identifiable information. Small sets of encrypted data (cookies) may be placed on the systems of users to aid functionality.  If a user wishes to avoid these cookies, they can alter their Internet software accordingly, although access to LendingCycle Services or the LendingCycle Application will then be restricted.

External Parties

LCI is a unique commercial company. LCI has taken several measures to differentiate LCI from promotional partners. This statement does not cover the conduct or methods of displayed and/or external partners. LCI in no way accepts responsibility for the actions, events, or conduct of external parties.

Updates to This Statement

LCI reserves the right to alter, or update, this statement as is reasonable in the course of conducting pertinent operational activities. All customers will be notified of changes to this statement within five (5) working days of the time it goes into effect.
